The “Organic content” sustainability feature highlights products that contain organic materials as verified by the following certifications:
AIAB certifies organic products that are grown without the use of chemical pesticides and made by Italian companies.
Australian Certified Organic guarantees that a product is genuinely organic, having been audited from “paddock to plate” to comply with strict standards. It ensures the product is free from synthetic chemicals, fertilizers, and GMOs, while promoting sustainable, ethical practices.
Bioland certifies food producers and processers who meet strict requirements for cultivation, animal husbandry and products which go beyond the EU requirements for organic products.
COSMOS Organic by Ecocert certifies beauty care products where a minimum 95% of the plant ingredients are organic. A product with this certification does not contain synthetic colours, dyes, or fragrances, genetically modified ingredients, and is not tested on animals.
COSMOS Organic by Soil Association certifies beauty care products according to the international COSMOS standard and meets the required percentages of organic ingredients.
EU Organic certifies organic food products based on having at least 95% organic ingredients. Products must meet standards on how they must be produced, processed, transported and stored.
Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certifies clothing and home products based on standards for the processing of clothing and home materials made with organic fiber. GOTS certified products contain a minimum of 70% organic fibers.
Organic Content Standard (OCS 100) certifies that products contain organically grown material (>95%), independently verified at each stage of the supply chain, from source to final product. A product must contain at least 50% certified OCS100 material to qualify for Climate Pledge Friendly.
Organic Content Standard (OCS Blended) certifies that products contain organically grown material (>50%) independently verified at each stage of the supply chain, from source to final product. A product must contain at least 50% certified OSC Blended material to qualify for Climate Pledge Friendly.
Orgánico México is a seal granted by the Mexican government to agricultural and food products that meet rigorous organic production standards.
Orgânico do Brasil certifies organic products regulated by the Brazilian government, obtained from organic agricultural production systems or from sustainable extractive processes that are not harmful to the local ecosystem.
Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) certifies food, textiles and personal care ingredients based on standards for soil health, animal welfare, and social fairness.
Soil Association certifies organic products and is a Certification Body for the COSMOS-standard, which ensures products are genuine organic or natural cosmetics.
