We collaborate with a wide range of independent certifying organizations, including governmental agencies, non-profits, and international standards setters, to identify products that meet their sustainability standards.

  • AIAB certifies organic products that are grown without the use of chemical pesticides and made by Italian companies.

  • Blue Angel certifies consumer products that meet high environmental standards including protecting consumers’ health. Blue Angel is the ecolabel of the federal government of Germany.
  • Bluesign certifies textiles made with safer chemicals, fewer resources and less energy at production sites.
  • The Carbon Trust Reducing label applies to products that companies commit to lowering emissions each year, across the full life cycle of the product.
  • ClimatePartner Certified certifies practices that indicate a continuous, transparent commitment to reduce product carbon emissions and finance climate projects.
  • ClimeCo certifies all product types based on the product’s carbon emissions across its cradle-to-grave lifecycle and the company’s continual product-related emissions reduction and decarbonization efforts.
  • COSMOS Organic by Ecocert certifies beauty care products where a minimum 95% of the plant ingredients are organic. A product with this certification does not contain synthetic colours, dyes, or fragrances, genetically modified ingredients, and is not tested on animals.
  • COSMOS Organic by Soil Association certifies beauty care products according to the international COSMOS standard and meets the required percentages of organic ingredients.
  • Cradle to Cradle certifies products made with safer materials and responsible processes based on meeting science-based requirements including health and wellbeing, material reuse, emissions reductions, water quality, and fair and safe labor practices.
  • Eco Mark certifies products that have lower environmental impacts throughout their lifecycle from production to disposal. To qualify, products must meet specific criteria focused on recycled materials, energy efficiency, non-toxic substances, and reducing waste. Additionally, Eco Mark complies with ISO 14024 standards.
  • ECOLOGO certifies consumer products based on reduced environmental impacts at one or more stages of their lifecycle, from raw materials to end of life.
  • ENERGY STAR certifies electronics and appliances based on energy efficiency specifications set by the US EPA.
  • EPEAT certifies electronic products based on sustainability impacts across their lifecycle including energy efficiency, reduction of fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-Gases) and end of life management.
  • EU Ecolabel certifies consumer products based on their reduced environmental impact across multiple stages of the product lifecycle from raw material extraction, to production, use and disposal.
  • EU Energy Label provides an indication of a product’s energy efficiency so consumers can better understand and compare the efficiency of energy-powered products.
  • EU Organic certifies organic food products based on having at least 95% organic ingredients. Products must meet standards on how they must be produced, processed, transported and stored.
  • EWG Verified certifies products that use safer ingredients, free from EWG’s chemicals of concern based on chemical safety and the impacts of exposure to toxic chemicals on human health.
  • Fair for Life certified products are produced responsibly by implementing transparent economic, social and environmental practices.
  • The Fair Rubber Association certifies rubber products based on a set of criteria for fairly traded natural rubber focused on worker welfare, health and safety, fair trade standards, harvest practices, pesticide use, waste, and biodiversity.
  • Fair Trade Certified certifies food products based on fair trade standards that promote safe working conditions, environment protections and strong, transparent supply chains.
  • Fair Trade Certified Ingredient certifies products containing ingredients that are certified based on standards that promote safe and transparent working conditions, environmental protections, and Fair Trade Premiums
  • Fairtrade International certifies food products based on ethical and environmental standards, which make environmental protection an integral part of farming.
  • The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified products are made with materials from well-managed forests, recycled materials and/or other controlled wood sources.
  • Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certifies clothing and home products based on standards for the processing of clothing and home materials made with organic fiber. GOTS certified products contain a minimum of 70% organic fibers.
  • Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certifies recycled content in products has been independently verified at each stage of the supply chain, from the source to the final product and meets social, environmental, and chemical requirements. A product must contain at least 50% certified GRS material to qualify for Climate Pledge Friendly.
  • Green Seal certifies products that have reduced environmental impacts at one or more stages of their lifecycle from raw materials to end-of-life products based on evaluation of performance and compliance with strict health and environmental standards.
  • GreenCircle Certified Energy Savings certified consumer products reduce energy consumption when compared to similar products in the marketplace, or a previous version of that product. A product must meet a 10% energy savings threshold to qualify. Certified Energy Savings are represented as the percentage by which the product has reduced energy consumption compared to a standard product.
  • GreenCircle Certified Recycled Content certified products are made of pre- or post-consumer material when it is manufactured. GreenCircle verifies the sources of recycled materials and analyzes the recycled content used in the product to determine the percentage of pre-consumer or post-consumer content based on international standards and definitions. A product must contain 50% recycled content to qualify for Climate Pledge Friendly.
  • GreenCircle’s Sustainable Energy Practices certifies products that are manufactured using less energy or more clean, renewable power.
  • ISCC Plus certifies consumer products manufactured based on meeting sustainability requirements such as the preservation of land, social standards and full traceability throughout the entire supply chain through a chain of custody.

  • Made in Green by OEKO-TEX® certifies articles that have been manufactured using processes with a reduced environmental impact and under socially responsible working conditions.
  • Made Safe certifies consumer products made without known toxic chemicals based on screening for over 6,500 harmful substances to ensure products meet their rigorous standard.
  • Natrue certifies natural and organic cosmetics made with non-genetically modified natural and derived-natural substances.
  • Nordic Swan Ecolabel certifies consumer products based on compliance with product-specific environmental, health and quality requirements in all relevant stages of the lifecycle - raw materials, production, usage, re-use and recycling.
  • OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certifies textile based products based on testing against a list of 1,000+ regulated and unregulated chemicals which may be harmful to human health.
  • Organic Content Standard (OCS 100) certifies that products contain organically grown material (>95%), independently verified at each stage of the supply chain, from source to final product. A product must contain at least 50% certified OCS100 material to qualify for Climate Pledge Friendly.
  • Organic Content Standard (OCS Blended) certifies that products contain organically grown material (>50%) independently verified at each stage of the supply chain, from source to final product. A product must contain at least 50% certified OSC Blended material to qualify for Climate Pledge Friendly.
  • Orgánico México is a seal granted by the Mexican government to agricultural and food products that meet rigorous organic production standards.
  • Orgânico do Brasil certifies organic products regulated by the Brazilian government, obtained from organic agricultural production systems or from sustainable extractive processes that are not harmful to the local ecosystem.
  • Rainforest Alliance certifies consumer products based on more sustainable, climate-smart farming practices that protect natural resources and the environment based on land, water, and energy use.
  • Recycled Claim Standard (RCS Blended) certified products contain recycled content (>50%) that has been independently verified at each stage of the supply chain, from the source to the final product. The purchase of Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) certified products demonstrates demand for recycled materials. Climate Pledge Friendly requires the product contain at least 50% certified RCS Blended material by weight.
  • Recycled Claim Standard 100 (RCS 100) certifies recycled content (>95%) that has been independently verified at each stage of the supply chain, from the source to the final product. A product must contain at least 50% certified RCS100 material to qualify for Climate Pledge Friendly
  • Regenagri certified products are produced using regenerative farming practices with the goal to improve soil health, promote biodiversity, lower emissions, and support farmers.
  • Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) certifies food, textiles and personal care ingredients based on standards for soil health, animal welfare, and social fairness.
  • Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) certifies animal welfare and land management practices in wool production. Products containing wool are tracked from farm to final product. A product must contain at least 50% certified RWS material to qualify for Climate Pledge Friendly.
  • SCS Carbon Neutral Certification certifies consumer electronic products based on reducing carbon emissions and offsetting their remaining carbon footprint through the purchase of carbon credits.
  • SCS Recycled Content Certification for Electrical and Electronic Equipment certifies products have at least 10% recycled content based on product type and materials used.
  • Soil Association certifies organic products and is a Certification Body for the COSMOS-standard, which ensures products are genuine organic or natural cosmetics.
  • TCO Certified certifies IT and technology products based on lower environmental and climate impact, safer chemicals and circular design which reduces e-waste.
  • TÜV Rheinland’s Recycled Material Verified (RMV) certification verifies recycled materials in products. Required content varies by product type and materials used.
  • The U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol promotes farmers’ use of environmentally and socially responsible practices in growing more sustainable cotton. Through their digitally enabled supply chain solution, U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol tracks cotton from yarn spinning to finished goods, ensuring only Trust Protocol eligible cotton materials are used.
  • U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Design for the Environment certifies disinfectants that meet the EPA’s strict standards for human and environmental health.
  • U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Safer Choice certifies products that contain ingredients that are safer for human health and the environment, carefully evaluated by EPA scientists. Safer Choice is an EPA Pollution Prevention (P2) program, which includes practices that reduce, eliminate, or prevent pollution at its source, such as using safer ingredients in products.
  • U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) WaterSense certification identifies products, homes, and programs that meet the EPA’s criteria for water-efficiency and performance.
